The mechanical press commonly used for stamping parts processing in stamping processing plants is a kind of forging equipment that transforms the motor's rotation fitness movement into the parallel line repeated movement of the guide rail slider according to the crank slider organization, and carries out forming production and processing on the blank. Heating system software: the heating system software is composed of steel heating plate, heating tube and thermal insulation layer. The heating plate is divided into two left and right parts, each of which is fixedly connected with the press base and the press row, and is convenient for disassembly. The heating plate is made of 45 # steel after quenching and tempering heat treatment. The thermal insulation layer is set between the heating plate and the base (or pressure exhaust). The thermal insulation baffle set around the heating plate shall be made of raw materials with good fire resistance. The specification of the plan is very similar to that of the heating plate, and the thickness is not less than 20mm.

2. Four pole hydraulic press for metal stamping: the press shall have reliable structural bending stiffness and deformation resistance, the upper part of the hydraulic system, the press row shall be equipped with mold shell lifting and connecting equipment, and the hydraulic system and press row shall be equipped with removable antifouling engine cover. The orientation of product workpiece is long and short.

Formwork conveyor frame: the assembly platform is a structure with roller conveying at the upper end, one end is connected with the press base (detachable), and the other end is placed on the road (height width ratio can be adjusted). The temperature insulation plate is placed around the press row and base to reduce the heat loss damage during the whole process of mold temperature rise. It is made of aluminum alloy plate (or stainless steel plate) and thermal insulation materials.
