Twelve steps of Jiaxing Chengda mold production process:
Drawing review → material preparation → processing → mold processing → mold core processing → electric processing → mold parts processing → inspection → installation → flying mold → test piece → production and manufacturing.
1、 Mold processing:
Serial number printing: the serial number printing shall be uniform, and the mold core shall also be marked with the serial number on the mold, and the direction shall be consistent, so that it is not easy to make mistakes during installation.
2) A/B sheet processing (movable and fixed mold frame):
② A/B plate processing shall ensure that the flatness and flatness of the mold frame are 0.02mm;
② CNC lathe processing: screw hole, drain hole, thimble hole, nozzle hole, chamfer;
③ Milling: tapping, trimming burrs.
3) Control panel processing: CNC lathe is used to process boring or material nozzle hole.
4、 Processing of fixed fixed plate of thimble: the thimble plate and B plate are connected with each other by return pins. B plate is facing up and drilled from top to bottom. The countersunk head of the thimble needs to raise the thimble plate and calibrate it. First, rough processing is carried out with a twist drill, and then finish processing with a turning tool in time and chamfer.
5) Bottom plate processing: line drawing, calibration, milling, chamfering.
(Note: For some die shells that need to be forced to pull the top, the structure of the top must be developed steadily, such as drilling screw holes on the ejector plate)
2、 Mold core processing:
1) Burr (rough machining of flying hexagon): CNC lathe processing, ensuring flatness and flatness, with grinding capacity of 1.2mm.
2、 Fine grinding: for large terrazzo processing, first grind a large number of small surfaces, and use the batch company to clamp and grind them to ensure the flatness and flatness are 0.05mm, and the multilateral reserved capacity is 0.6-0.8mm.
3) CNC lathe processing: First calibrate the engine of the CNC lathe to ensure that it is within 0.02mm. Calibrate the clamped product workpiece. First process the screw hole, thimble hole, threading hole, inserted pin countersunk thick, mechanical nozzle or material nozzle hole, separate the chamfer of the taper hole, and then use it as the drain port and milling angle.
4、 Milling: tapping, typing code.
5) NC rough machining.
6) Heat treatment technology: external heat treatment technology HRC48-52.
7) Finish polishing: the large terrazzo shall be processed to be less than 0.04 mm of the mold frame to ensure the flatness is within 0.02 mm.
8、 CNC finishing.
9、 Spark discharge treatment.
10、 Die saving: ensure the smoothness and control the die specification.
3、 Mold parts processing:
1) Processing of guide sliders:
② CNC lathe first rough machining six sides.
② Finish polishing six sides to specifications.
③ NC lathe roughing platform.
④ The hanging platform shall be fine polished to the specification, and shall be matched with the line position of the mold.
⑤ The CNC lathe processes the slope to ensure that the gradient is consistent with the clamping block and the capacity of the flying mold is maintained.
⑥ Drill water and inclined pilot holes. The inclined guide post hole is 1mm larger than the locating pin, and chamfered. The inclination of the inclined guide post hole shall be less than that of the guide rail slider. The inclined guide pillar hole can also be processed together with the mold embryo after the flight mold is closed and lowered, depending on the situation.
The second is the processing of clamping block.
The third is the processing of separating cone rubber inlet sleeve.
Fourth, insert processing.
