1、 Mold maintenance before production

1. It is necessary to remove the oil stain on the surface of the mold. After the rust is cleaned, check whether there is any foreign matter in the cooling water hole of the casting mold, and whether there is a blocked waterway.

2. It is necessary to check whether the arc in the rubber mouth sleeve of the mold is damaged, whether there is residual foreign matter, whether the moving parts are abnormal, and whether the action is smooth.

2、 Mold maintenance during production

1. Check all guide posts of the mold every day to see if the guide sleeve is damaged, including the guide posts of the mold. The parking space and other parts should also be oiled and maintained regularly, and they should be maintained twice a day on and off duty.

2. Clean the foreign matter rubber wire, foreign matter, oil, etc. on the parting surface of the mold and the exhaust slot, and check whether the thimble of the mold is abnormal. At the same time, oil it regularly. The parting surface and runner surface shall be cleaned twice a day. The guide pin, bushing and position determination pin need to be oiled once a day.

3. Regularly check whether the water path of the mold is smooth, and tighten all fastening screws.

4. Check whether the limit switch of the mold is abnormal and whether the oblique pin is normal. Whether the inclined roof is abnormal.

3、 Maintenance of shutdown mould

Before shutting down the plastic mold, it is necessary to turn off the cooling water circuit and blow off the residual water in the water circuit of the mold, check whether there is any residual rubber wire, foreign matter, etc. on the surface of the mold, let it be cleaned and sprayed with rust inhibitor evenly, and fill in the relevant records accurately.
