The embedded mold manufacturer said that the precautions for the template structure are as follows:
(1) Processing of embedded holes: vertical milling machine (or fixture milling machine), integrated processing machine, fixture boring machine, fixture grinder, wire cutting EDM machine, etc. are used for processing embedded holes of formwork. For the machining benchmark of embedded holes, when using the wire cutting EDM machine, two or more wire cutting operations are conducted to improve the machining accuracy.
(2) Fixing method of embedded parts: the decisive factors of the fixing method of embedded parts include the unchanged machining accuracy, the ease of assembly and disassembly, and the possibility of adjustment. There are four methods for fixing the embedded parts: A. by screws, B. by shoulders, C. by toe blocks, D Its upper part is pressed with plates. Press fit is also used to fix the embedded parts of the concave template. At this time, the relaxation result caused by processing thermal expansion should be avoided. When using circular mold sleeve inserts to process irregular holes, a rotation prevention method should be designed.
(3) Considerations for assembly and disassembly of embedded parts: The machining accuracy of embedded parts and their holes is required to be high for assembly. In order to obtain that even if there is a slight size error, it can be adjusted during assembly, it is advisable to consider the countermeasures in advance. The specific considerations for the processing of embedded parts are as follows: A. A press in part is provided, B Use spacers to adjust the pressed in state and correct position of the embedded parts. C. The bottom surface of the embedded parts is provided with holes for pressing out. D. When locking with screws, screws of the same size should be used to facilitate locking and loosening. E. To prevent errors in the assembly direction, anti sloughing chamfering processing should be designed.
