Non-standard special-shaped die

There are two types of guide methods and accessories of the mold, including guide post and guide sleeve unit: (A). External guide type (mold base type or main guide), (B) Internal guidance (or auxiliary guidance). In addition, with the requirements of precision molds, it is highly required to use both external and internal guides.

(1) External guiding type: generally used for molds that do not require high precision. Most of them are sold as a unit with the mold base. The main function is to fit the cutting edge of the mold when it is installed on the punch, and there is almost no dynamic precision maintenance effect in the stamping process.

(2) Inner guiding type: due to the development of die and mold processing machines, it is rapidly popularized. The main function is not only to fit the cutting edge when the die is installed on the punch, but also to maintain the dynamic accuracy in the stamping process.

(3) Combination of external guidance and internal guidance: a pair of molds use both external guidance and internal guidance devices.
