Straight hole die

Guide unit of die manufacturer:

(1) During profile punching (blanking) or continuous punching, the guide unit is used to guide the width direction of the processed material and obtain the correct feeding pitch.

(2) The guiding device in the width direction of the strip has the following guiding methods: (A). Fixed plate guide pin type, (B). Movable guide pin type, (C) Plate tunnel guide type (single plate), (D) Plate guided type (composed of two pieces), (E) Lifting pin guide type (movable, fixed and both).

(3) The starting and stopping guide device has two types: (1) sliding block type and (2) movable pin type, which are mainly used to position the material at the initial starting position of the mold.

(4) Feeding stop device, which can correctly determine the feeding and discharging pitch, is mainly used for manual feeding. Its forms are: (A). Fixed stop pin, (B). Movable stop pin, (C). Edge cutting stop mode, (D). Hook stop mechanism, (E). Automatic stop mechanism.

(5) The side pushing guide mechanism can prevent the material from snaking due to the difference between the width of the strip and the width of the guide piece.

(6)  The shape of the blank positioning guide mechanism is: (A). Fixed pin guide type (using the shape of the blank), (B) Fixed pin guide type (using the hole of blank), (C) Guide plate (for large parts), (D) Guide plate (one shape), (E). Guide plate (split shape).
