Design of die punching die:
The main items to be considered in the shape design of the blanking die are: A. the shape of the die life and the escape angle, B. the shearing angle of the die, and C. the separation of the die.
(A). Die price, life and the shape of escape angle: This design is very important. If the design is incorrect, it will lead to the damage of the punch, the blockage or floating of the punching chips, the occurrence of burrs and other poor stamping processing phenomena.
(B). Shearing angle of the female die: In order to reduce the punching force during shape blanking, the female die can adopt the shearing angle design. When the shearing angle is large, the reduction of the punching force is also large, but it is easy to cause the bending and deformation of the products.
(C). Division of female die: The female die needs to be subject to finishing such as forming and grinding. Because of its concave shape, the grinding tool is not easy to enter, so it needs to be divided.
Design of bending die:
The design of the female die for bending processing, in order to prevent springback and excessive bending, the shape of the female die for U-shaped bending processing is the combination of double R and linear part (with a slope of 30 degrees), which can approximate the shape of R. The shape of R part shall be polished after forming grinding or NC discharge machining.
