1. Emulsion cleaning agent
The soluble emulsifier is mainly composed of emulsifier, soil, solvent, detergent, corrosion inhibitor and water. Emulsion cleaning agent is a concentrated pure oil cleaning agent. Water is used to dissolve the emulsifier. Emulsion cleaning agent can leave a layer of rust proof film on the fastener surface while decontaminating.
2. Alkaline cleaner
Alkaline detergent is made of alkaline earth metal salt of detergent and surfactant, which is widely used at present. The main chemical components of such cleaning agents are hydroxide, silicate, carbonate, phosphate, borate, etc. This cleaning agent is mainly to ensure the cleaning effect, followed by economy.
3. Detergent
Detergents mainly contain solvents, surfactants and water. Different from emulsion cleaning agent, the detergent is a pure solution rather than an emulsion. It is mainly used for cleaning the outer packaging of equipment and fasteners.
4. Synthetic cleaning agent
Synthetic detergent is also a kind of alkaline detergent. Its chemical composition is different from that of standard alkaline detergent. Standard alkaline detergent is inorganic while synthetic detergent is an organic detergent containing amino substances. Standard alkaline cleaner is mainly used to remove alkaline residues in single stage cleaning, and it is also a good rust inhibitor. Synthetic cleaning agents are used for medium difficult cleaning, such as quenching oil or quenching polymer solution on fastener surface.
5. Acid cleaner
The main components are usually sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, acetic acid and other organic acids. When cleaning the general dirt on the metal fasteners, do not use acid cleaning agent, usually use alkaline cleaning agent. However, it is very effective to clean the oxide skin and other special attachments with acid, and the general process is acid leaching. The oxide skin, surface oxides, corrosion products and water soaked sediments of heat treatment can be removed with acid.
