Similarly, it is necessary to plan a set of high-speed, meticulous and continuous stamping dies as a whole, as well as the products you produce (including all products processed with stamping parts). In the overall planning of continuous stamping die, attention should be paid to the spacing between die groups, part processing precision, tower assembly precision, collaboration precision and intervention problems, so as to achieve the purpose of many production of continuous die automation technology.

3、 Composition and standard of template:

2. Standards of moulds

The limit of the template shall be greater than the working area, and the standard template limit shall be selected. The direction of the clamping screw of the template is related to the type of mold and the limit of the template. The long strip mold and continuous mold Z are often equipped with clamping screws at the four edges and the middle direction.

The selection of the thickness of the template is absolutely related to the structure of the mold, the type of stamping parts processing, the processing power of stamping parts processing, and the precision of stamping parts processing. 4、 Overall planning of the template:




The main templates of the continuous die include the fixed punch plate, stripper plate, and master template. The overall planning of its structure is based on the precision of the stamping die crafts, the total number of production, the production equipment and processing methods of the die, and the maintenance methods of the die. There are three methods: one block type, yoke type, and embedded type.




1. One piece




A monolithic template is also called an integrated structure, and its production and processing appearance must be closed. A monolithic template is mainly used for the mold with simple structure or low precision. Its production and processing method is dominated by drilling production processing (no quenching and tempering treatment is required). The template with quenching and tempering treatment must be subject to wire cutting processing or charge discharge production processing and grinding production processing. The place with long template limit (continuous mold) will adopt two or several pieces of one body and use it.

The central government department of the yoke template produces and processes the yoke template into a concave groove shape to assemble small pieces. Precautions for overall planning of yoke template are as follows:




(1) The yoke plate structure and the inlay of small parts shall adopt the middle cooperation or light cooperation method. If the strong pressure cooperation is adopted, the yoke plate will change.




(2) The yoke plate has the unremitting effect of small parts. In order to accept the side pressure and surface pressure of small parts, it must have the stiffness considered. Also, in order to make the yoke plate groove and small parts compact, the corner of the groove shall be made into a gap escape for production and processing. 3. Embedded




The concave part of ring or square is produced and processed in the template, and small parts are inlaid into the template. Such template is called embedded structure. The production and processing of this structure has less accumulated dimensional tolerance, high stiffness, and excellent precision reproducibility of splitting and assembly energy. Because of the advantages of simple mechanical production and processing, the processing accuracy is determined by the working machinery and equipment, and there are few engineering projects for post Z adjustment, the embedded template structure has become the mainstream of the fine stamping mold, but its defect is the main bone processing equipment that requires high precision.

(4) Combined use of external guiding and internal guiding (II): This equipment is the application structure of high precision and high speed connecting die. The primary effect of the external guiding equipment is the mold differentiation and the smooth intention of the equipment in the punch press.




(5) Internal guiding type: this structure does not use external guiding equipment. The internal guiding equipment runs through the punch fixing plate, pressing plate and die fixing plate, and correctly adheres to the orientation contact of each plate to protect the punch.




2. Guide injection and guide sleeve unit




There are two types of mold guiding methods and accessories, including guide note and guide sleeve unit: external guiding type (mold base type or main guiding type) and internal guiding type (or auxiliary guiding type). In addition, it is required to cooperate with fine molds, and the demand for the use of both external and internal guiding is high.




(1) External guiding type: generally used for molds that do not require high precision. Most of them are sold as a unit with the mold base. 3. Punch pin and die module (annular)

(2) Master mold module: the annular master mold module is also called the master mold guide pillar module. Its methods include a whole block type and a separate type. 4. Stripping anchor bolt and tension spring module

There are two methods for the guide module used for stamping dies: immediate type (the guide pin is used by one person alone) and immediate type (the guide pin is placed inside the punch pin).
